Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 3 stalks diced celery
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas, broken apart
  • 1 lb. shrimp meat, rinsed and drained
  • 1 large can Chinese noodles
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Place in large bowl in order (except noodles, mayonnaise and salt and pepper).

    Cover with lid and allow to set at least 1 hour. This results in vegetables being crisp.

    When ready to serve, add Chinese noodles and toss with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Be sure to mix well.

    Can be served with French and butter as main dish.
