  • 2 1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked, peeled, deveined and chopped
  • 1 jar (24 oz.) mild chunky style salsa
  • 2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 c. finely chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped red onions
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice

    Cover and refrigerate 8 hours to allow flavors to blend.
