- 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. mace
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- Toasted French bread
Directions

1Melt butter in large heavy skillet over medium heat. Add all ingredients except parsley and French bread. Cook about 10 minutes; add parsley. Serve with toasted French bread. Yield: 4 servings.
