- 2 sticks butter
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- 1 Tbsp. tarragon
- 1 Tbsp. marjoram
- 1 Tbsp. rosemary
- juice of fresh lemon
- 1/2 to 1 c. Rose wine
- 2 lb. large shrimp
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add all ingredients except wine and shrimp. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes until spices are cooked.

3Add wine and simmer 10 minutes.

4Put approximately 15 shrimp in aluminum foil pouches and pour sauce mixture over shrimp.

5Cook in oven at 400° for about 10 minutes.

6Serve over rice.
