- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. frozen rice, peas and mushrooms
- 1 (5 oz.) can shrimp, drained
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 c. water
Directions

1In a 2-quart saucepan, gradually blend milk and 1 cup water into soup.

2Add frozen rice, peas and mushrooms, shrimp, parsley and curry.

3Cover and simmer gently for 30 minutes.

4Stir occasionally.

5Makes 4 to 6 servings.
