  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. frozen rice, peas and mushrooms
  • 1 (5 oz.) can shrimp, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    In a 2-quart saucepan, gradually blend milk and 1 cup water into soup.

    Add frozen rice, peas and mushrooms, shrimp, parsley and curry.

    Cover and simmer gently for 30 minutes.

    Stir occasionally.

    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
