Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 qt. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of onion soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 medium potato, quartered
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion tops

Directions

    Saute onions in melted butter.

    Add shrimp and cook until pink. Add soup, water and potato.

    Season with salt, pepper, bell pepper and Kitchen Bouquet.

    Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.

    Add onion tops and cook an additional 10 minutes.

    Serve over rice. Yield:
