- 1 lb. peeled shrimp
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. onion blades, chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Saute onion and garlic in margarine until golden brown; add shrimp.

2Cook until shrimp are pink; add flour, salt and pepper. Coat shrimp; add mushrooms, juice and all.

3Add cream of mushroom soup.

4Add can of water.

5Simmer 20 minutes.

6If too thick, add a little water.

7Stir in sour cream and serve over rice.
