- 2 lb. shrimp
- 1 bay leaf
- dash of red pepper
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 8 Tbsp. tomato catsup
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Directions

1Cream butter and flour.

2Add milk; make a thick cream sauce. Add Worcestershire sauce, catsup, bay leaf, red pepper and lemon juice.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Add cooked shrimp; allow to get very hot.

5Serve in a ring of ice.
