  • 1 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp. clarified butter
  • 2 dashes Cajun spice
  • 10 oz. cooked fettucini pasta
  • 6 oz. heavy cream
  • 2 oz. chopped green onions

    Saute shrimp and Cajun spice in butter until plump and tender. Add heavy cream and all cheese. Simmer until thick and creamy. Serve over hot pasta.
