- milk

- cooked rice
- cooked shrimp (frozen cocktail type okay)
Directions

1Melt over low heat 2 tablespoons butter.

2Stir in 2 tablespoons flour.

4Add gradually 1 cup milk.

5Cook until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.

6Add 1/2 to 1 cup cooked (or canned) shrimp and 1/2 cup cooked peas.

7Keep hot over boiling water on very low heat.

8Serve over rice.
