  • 1 c. cooked peas
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. milk

    Melt butter, blend in flour and salt.

    Add milk gradually and cook until thick and smooth.
