  • 1 bunch scallions (green onions)
  • 1 wedge Fontina cheese
  • 2 cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
  • 2 eggs (or liquid eggs)
  • Freshly ground black pepper
