- 5 ounces butter or 5 ounces margarine
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 12 lemon, zest of
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 23 cup cream or 23 cup milk
- 12 cup egg white (4-5)
Directions

1Grease an 8 cup baking pan and dust with flour.

2Preheat the oven to 340F.

3Cream butter (margarine) and sugar.

4Add zest of lemon.

5Mix flour and baking powder and add to creamed mixture together with cream or milk.

6Mix well.

7Whisk the eggwhites until they hold.

8Fold in eggwhites, make sure you won't get little islands but don't overmix.

9Pour into prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes.

10Test with a skewer, it should come out clean.
