  • 2 cups kale chopped
  • 1/4 pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

    Heat oil in pan the add garlic and pine nuts and saute for 1 minute

    Then add kale and vinegar and saute until kale is tender but not mushy and yellow
