Simple Cheese Pasta Sauce

- 20 grams butter
- 20 grams Plain or AP Flour
- 3 tbsp Philedelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp Granulated Garlic
- 1/2 pints Milk
- 1 cup Grated Cheese
Directions

1melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat

2Add the flour to the melted butter to make a roux.

3Keep stiring until smooth.

4Add the milk to the roux while stiring

5Add garlic to taste

6Add the cream cheese and stir well

7Add the grated cheese and stir until melted

8Continue to stir the sauce to the desired thickness and continue to add extra milk if too thick.

9This quick and easy cheese sauce goes well with pasta and makes a great base sauce which is perfect to add ham, mushrooms or other favourite ingredients to.
