- 1-1/2 cup Luke Warm Water
- 1 Tablespoon Or 1 Packet Of Active Dry Yeast
- 3/4 Tablespoons Salt
- 3-1/4 cups Unbleached All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Sugar, Divided (Half For The Bread And Half To Sprinkle On Top)
- 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon To Sprinkle
- 1/3 cups Raisins
Directions

1Mix together water, yeast, salt, flour, and 1/2 cup of sugar. Cover with a damp paper towel and let rise 2 hours.

2Then gently without moving your dough too much, on a lightly floured surface, make your dough flat. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar, sprinkle cinnamon and put raisins.

3Then gently roll up and then fold over the sides, making a ball. Cook at 380 degrees F until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
