- 1 x (10 oz) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 lb bacon
- 5 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 10 slc Cheddar or possibly American cheese
Directions

1Preheat over to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2Place biscuits 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

3Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 11 min or possibly till golden.

4Place bacon in a large, deep skillet.

5Cook over medium-high heat till proportionately brown.

6Drain and set aside.

7In a large bowl, beat together Large eggs and lowfat milk.

8Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat.

9Scramble Large eggs to your liking.

10Cut open biscuits, lightly butter, layer with Large eggs, bacon, and cheese.
