Simple Corn Souffle

  • 1 c. Miracle Whip
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, thawed and drained
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions

Directions

    Mix Miracle Whip, egg yolks, flour, sugar and pepper in a large bowl until smooth.

    Stir in corn, cheese and onion.

    Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

    Fold into corn mixture.

    Pour into 4-cup souffle dish or 9-inch square baking dish and bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
