Simple Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground hamburger
- 28 oz red enchilada sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can olives, sliced
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

1Place ground hamburger in a frying pan on medium heat.

2Chop onion and add to hamburger.

3Cook until hamburger is no longer pink.

4Drain grease.

5Add sliced olives to hamburger mixture and half of the can of enchilada sauce.

6Take small amount of oil and place on bottom of baking dish.

7Take one tortilla add meat mixture to middle of tortilla, make sure not to fill too much or it will not allow you to roll it up.

8Sprinkle cheese on top of mixture.

9Fold up and over the right and left sides of the tortilla then roll forward to back.

10Place burrito looking enchilada seam down in pan.

11Repeat until mixture is gone.

12Pour sauce over the top of the enchiladas and top with cheese.

13Cook in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes.

14Serve with rice, sour cream, lettuce, green chilies, tomatoes, olives, onion, hot sauce.
