  • 6 medium diced potatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans V-8 juice
  • 1 can finely chopped tomatoes
  • 10 c. cooked and boned fish
  • 1 tsp. seafood seasoning

    in heavy pot until brown.

    Add potatoes and onions.

    Cook until tender.

    Add tomatoes, V-8 juice and fish. Let simmer for about 1 hour.
