  • 1 as much as you'd like Your preferred filling
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Vegetable oil
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 dash Soy sauce

    Stir-fry the tofu while crumbling it.

    There's no need to drain the tofu!

    The moisture will evaporate when you mash it using cooking chopsticks.

    While the moisture from the tofu is evaporating, prepare your other ingredients.

    This time I used finely chopped cabbage and fish sausage.

    Mix with chopsticks to prevent sticking.

    Once the moisture has evaporated, add in the ingredients and then stir fry.

    Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce.

    Lower the heat, and then add the egg directly, mixing it up with the chopsticks.
