- 1 1/4 cups lightly toasted hazelnuts
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 lemon, Grated zest of
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 2 egg whites
Directions

1Grind hazelnuts a bit coarser than nut flour.

2Mix all above ingredients together except egg whites.

3Whip egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into above ingredients. Place teaspoons full of batter every two inches on parchment paper and bake at 375°F for 12 minutes.
