Ingredients
- 100 grams Whole wheat flour
- 2 and 1/2 tablespoon Beet sugar
- 25 grams Almond flour
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 pinch Salt
- 50 ml Soy milk
- 1 tsp Rice syrup
- 1 tsp Rum
- 2 tsp Water
Directions

1Combine the whole wheat flour, beet sugar, almond flour, salt, and olive oil and use your hands to mix together.

2Add the soy milk a bit at a time and unify the dough.

3Wrap up the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator.

4Use a rolling pin to spread out and flatten the dough.

5Use a fork to poke holes into it (this removes the air).

6Use a knife to cut the dough into 2 x 3 cm squares.

7Bake in the oven at 180 C for 20 minutes.

8Once they have baked to a light brown, they're complete.

9Finish by coating the top with rice syrup dissolved in water and rum.
