  • 12 slices bacon, crispy fried and crumbled
  • 1 c. natural Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp. onion, grated
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. Half and Half
  • 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion into pie plate.

    Beat remaining ingredients together until smooth.

    Pour into pie plate.

    Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean (35 to 40 minutes).

    Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting. Makes 6 servings.
