Simple Roasted Broccoli

  • 2 heads Broccoli
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut off as much of the broccoli stems as you don't want to eat. Cut broccoli into small florets and place in a bowl. Add the olive oil and salt and toss to coat. Put it into a baking dish or a rimmed tray and roast for 25 minutes or until edges are brown. Enjoy!
