Simple Salad Dressing

  • 1/4 cups Honey
  • 1/2 cups Red Wine Vinegar (or Another Favorite)
  • 1/2 cups Canola Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper

Directions

    Place honey in microwave for 20-30 seconds to liquify. Add warm honey and remaining ingredients to a container with a tight-fitting lid (I use a mason jar) and shake well.

    Serve over salad. Keep in the refrigerator for a couple of months.

    if you are one of those people who never uses up a bottle of dressing, then you can cut the recipe in half and just make a little bit at a time. You will probably use this faster than store-bought dressing because it tastes so good!
