- 1 (20 oz.) can Dole pineapple tidbits
- 2 c. ham strips
- water
- 1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. long-grain and wild rice mix
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
Directions

1Drain pineapple; reserve syrup.

2In large skillet, saute ham in butter until lightly browned.

3Add enough water to pineapple syrup to make 2 cups liquid; add to skillet.

4Stir in contents of rice mix.

5Bring to boil.

6Cover; simmer 5 to 10 minutes until liquid is absorbed.

7Fold in pineapple.

8Sprinkle with parsley to serve.
