- 1 whole Medium Onion
- 1 package (1 Lb. Package) Spicy Breakfast Sausage
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Hot Rotel
- 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Medium Rotel
- 1 block (16 Oz. Block) Velveeta
Directions

1Chop the onion (I chop mine very finely, but it is a matter of preference).

2Toss the onion and the spicy breakfast sausage in a skillet and cook on medium heat.

3Break the meat up into small pieces and continue cooking until the meat is browned.

4Drain the grease from the meat mixture.

5Cube the Velveeta.
