- 2 lbs sirloin steaks, 3/4 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 clove garlic (peeled, whole)
- kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
Directions

1Tenderize meat slightly, with a mallet.

2Remove all outside fat, and slice into pieces about 1/4 inch long.

3Season both sides of meat.

4Heat oil in bottom of 12 inch skillet.

5Add steak, garlic clove, and sprinkle with rosemary.

6Saute at high heat just until meat is browned.

7Serve with au jus.
