- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 can low sodium kidney beans, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions

11. Pour olive oil into a large pot on medium heat and add onion and zucchini

22. Allow vegetables to saute until onion becomes opaque, about 5 minutes
