- 3 cups Uncooked Pasta (any Kind You Like)
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef Or Turkey
- 1/2 Medium Onion, Finely Chopped
- 2 cups Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
- 2 cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 1/2 cups White Wine
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1 can (10 3/4 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 cups Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese For Garnish
Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions.

2Drain and set aside.

3Over medium heat, brown meat in a large skillet until thoroughly cooked.

4Add onions, mushrooms, and garlic and continue to cook until veggies are tender (about 5 minutes).

5Push meat and veggies to the side of the pan and melt butter in the empty side.

6Add flour to the melted butter.
-
7Allow flour to brown, stirring constantly for about 1 minute.

8Slowly add white wine to butter/flour mixture to create a sauce.

9Incorporate with the meat and veggies.

10Add sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper and stir to pan and stir until all ingredients are mixed completely.

11Add cooked pasta and mix well.

12Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.

13Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!
