   Mix flour, oleo and nuts until crumbly and spread on bottom of 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.

   Bake 15 minutes at 350° or until slightly brown.

   Cool.

   Blend cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and the sugar.

   Spread on top of crust.

   Mix pudding and milk and pour onto cream cheese layer.

   Chill 2 hours.

   Frost with remaining Cool Whip.

   Store in refrigerator.
