- 3 Tablespoons Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Flour
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 whole Egg White (or 11/2 Tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites)
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil, Melted
- 1/2 whole Banana, Mashed
- 2-1/2 Tablespoons Milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an oven safe ramekin.

2Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl and mix together. Add wet ingredients and stir together until incorporated. Pour batter into ramekin and bake for about 30 minutes until cooked through.

3Let cool for a couple of minutes before removing from ramekin.
