  • 3 Tablespoons Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Flour
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 whole Egg White (or 11/2 Tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites)
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil, Melted
  • 1/2 whole Banana, Mashed
  • 2-1/2 Tablespoons Milk

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an oven safe ramekin.

    Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl and mix together. Add wet ingredients and stir together until incorporated. Pour batter into ramekin and bake for about 30 minutes until cooked through.
