  • 13 cups Egg Whites
  • 1/4 cups Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder, Unsweetened
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sweetleaf Stevia, Chocolate, Liquid

Directions

    Using a blender, blend or whisk by hand all ingredients.

    Spray a 7-ounce ramekin with nonstick cooking spray.

    Pour mixture into ramekin.

    Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees F until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and pancake has risen.

    Mine were perfect at 20 minutes using my small convection toaster oven.
