Ingredients
- 100 g lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1/8 cup onion, finely sliced
- 1/8 cup carrot, finely grated
- 1/2 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon mixed herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

2If time permits chill in the fridge for an hour or so.

3Shape mixture into a loaf.

4Place in an oven proof container and cover.

5Cook for 25min at 180-200 deg C.

6Removed from oven and top with tomato sauce (can mix 1 tbsp of brown sugar if you have a sweet tooth).

7Return to oven for 15-20 more minutes or until cooked.

8Let the loaf sit for a couple of minutes before cutting or serving.
