   Blend first three ingredients.

   Batter will be stiff.

   Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

   Cool.

   Cream the cheese with sugar, fold in Cool Whip.

   Spread cream cheese mixture onto cooled crust.

   Mix together pudding and milk, spread onto cream cheese mixture.

   Add rest of Cool Whip.

    Use large container to spread over pudding.

    Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.
