- 3 lb. sirloin roast
- pkg. brown gravy (any brand)
- salt
Directions

1Choose a deep skillet with a lid.

2Place it on a stove eye; spray it with cooking oil and pour approximately 1 tablespoon of oil in the bottom.

3Brown your roast on both sides.

4Put the lid on and bake in your oven for approximately 3 hours at 325°. Remove it from the oven and tear it into serving size pieces or smaller.

5Dispose of any fat.

6Salt to taste.

7Prepare the brown gravy according to the package, usually it is contents of package and 1 cup of water, cooked until thickened.

8Add to roast and serve.
