Ingredients

  • 2 c. potatoes, diced
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground meat, browned
  • 1 c. carrots, diced
  • 1 c. onions, diced
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. raw rice

Directions

    Spread layers of vegetables, rice and meat in baking dish in order given, seasoning each layer.

    Mix water with soup and pour over all.

    Bake at 350° until rice is tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
