- 5 c. plain flour
- 2 yeast cakes (or pkg.)
- 1/2 c. milk, scalded and cooled
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Mazola oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. warm water
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water, then add cool milk.

2Put the 5 cups of flour in another bowl; add salt and sugar.

3Add oil, then add yeast mixture.

4Work into rolls.

5Let rise until double in volume.

6Bake at 400° until done.
