- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 6 carrots, sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 rabbits
Directions

1Cover rabbits with water in large pan; cook for 2 hours or until meat is easily removed from bones.

2Reserve liquid from pan. Debone rabbits; put meat back in pan.

3Add liquid and vegetables; bring to boil.

4Reduce to simmer until vegetables are done.

5Add salt and pepper.

6Make paste with flour and water; stir into the mixture to thicken it.

7Remove from heat and eat.

8Serves 4 to 6 people.
