Ingredients
- 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. margarine
Directions

1In a large bowl, thoroughly mix 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast.

2Combine milk, water and margarine in a saucepan. Heat over low heat until very warm.

3Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes.

4Add 1/2 cup of the flour and beat.

5Stir in enough additional flour to make a soft dough.

6Turn on lightly floured board and knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.

7Place in a greased bowl.

8Cover and place bowl in pan of warm water.

9Let rise 15 minutes.

10Turn out on board.

11Divide in half and make into rolls.

12Cover and rise 15 minutes.

13Bake at 400° for about 12 minutes or until done.
