  • 1 bag Oke Doke Corn Puffs, 8 Ounce Bag (not The Butter Flavored Ones)
  • 1 package (1 Lb Package) White Vanilla Chocolate

Directions

    Preheat oven to 200 F.

    Slowly melt chocolate in the microwave (heat it for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, and stopping once it starts to become smooth) or in the top of a double boiler. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.

    Put the corn puffs in a large bowl. Pour chocolate over the corn puffs and mix well.

    Spread in a single layer over a cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Remove pan from the oven and place the corn on a sheet of wax paper or foil to cool.
