- ham slices
Directions

1In skillet, soft-fry potatoes (as many as you want).

2When done, remove from grease, drain and place on platter.

3Cover with slices of American or Velveeta cheese.

4While potatoes are frying, heat slices of ham in microwave.

5Put ham on top of cheese.

6Fry eggs (over easy) and place on top of ham.

7Serve with toast or biscuits.
