  • potatoes
  • American or Velveeta cheese slices
  • ham slices

Directions

    In skillet, soft-fry potatoes (as many as you want).

    When done, remove from grease, drain and place on platter.

    Cover with slices of American or Velveeta cheese.

    While potatoes are frying, heat slices of ham in microwave.

    Put ham on top of cheese.

    Fry eggs (over easy) and place on top of ham.

    Serve with toast or biscuits.
