- 6 bacon strips
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels.

2Break into large pieces; discard all but 2 tablespoons of bacon grease from skillet.

3Add onion and simmer until brown.

4Stir in corn, pepper, salt and milk and heat through.

5Sprinkle bacon and parsley on top and serve.
