- 8 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1 can Libby's chopped beef, break in small pieces
- hot oil (to fry potatoes)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Fry potatoes and onion in hot oil until brown.

2Drain oil. Add sage and black pepper; stir.

3Add broken corned beef until the beef is heated through.
