  • 8 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1 can Libby's chopped beef, break in small pieces
  • hot oil (to fry potatoes)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Fry potatoes and onion in hot oil until brown.

    Drain oil. Add sage and black pepper; stir.

    Add broken corned beef until the beef is heated through.

    This is good served with Skillet Cabbage as a side dish.
