Ingredients

  • 2/3 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1 16 oz. box powdered sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Melt margarine in skillet over low heat.

    Add remaining ingredients and stir until all are dissolved.

    Pour into a buttered 8x8 dish.
