Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 whole Onion
  • 1- 1/2 box Noodles (bow Tie Or Rotini, 16 Ounce Packages)
  • 2 cans (14 Oz. Size) Petite Diced Tomatoes
  • 1- 1/2 jar (13.25 Oz) Spaghetti Sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded Zucchini (optional)
  • 1 container (16 Oz.) Cottage Cheese
  • 23 cups Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Garlic Salt

Directions

    -Cut onion and cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet until beef is browned and onions are translucent.

    Boil a large pot of water and cook noodles according to package instructions.

    -After noodles are cooked, drain and drizzle with olive oil.

    -If needed drain meat and then season meat according to taste with a bit of salt, pepper, garlic salt and/or Italian seasoning.

    -Combine all ingredients in a pot & fold together and allow it to combine over low heat for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
