- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. finely chopped celery, green onions and green pepper
- 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs, divided
- oil
Directions

1Mix tuna, mayonnaise, vegetables, pimento, seasonings and 1/2 cup bread crumbs.

2Shape mixture into fifteen (2-inch) balls. Roll in remaining 3/4 cup bread crumbs, coating well.

3Flatten balls into small patties.

4Refrigerate 30 minutes.
