- 4 to 6 center cut chops
- 15 oz. can LeSueur peas
- 1 medium onion, sliced 1/4-inch
- 4 large potatoes, peeled
- 16 oz. can tomatoes
Directions

1In large skillet or electric fryer, braise chops in 1 tablespoon oil.

2Place sliced onions and potatoes cut in halves or quarters on top of your chops.

3Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

4Stir to make sure it is not sticking to pan.

5Add peas and tomatoes (don't stir).

6Cover and let this simmer another 15 to 20 minutes.

7Serve with rolls or Jiffy cornbread mix.
