  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 can Hunt's spaghetti sauce
  • 2 c. water
  • 3 c. pasta (uncooked; such as rotelle)
  • 15 oz. container Ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

    Brown meat.

    Drain.

    Add spaghetti sauce and water to meat. Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat; stir in pasta.

    Cover and cook 15 minutes.

    Stir in Ricotta cheese.

    Cover and cook 5 minutes.

    Stir in 1/2 Mozzarella cheese; sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    Cover and let stand until cheese is melted.
